Work Roost is a listings board that connects people looking for temporary housing in the Permian Basin with property owners. We are not a party to any rental agreement and we do not process payments between renters and owners.
1. The service
We provide a platform to publish and find housing listings. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings; renters are responsible for verifying details before entering any agreement.
2. No fees to renters
Renters never pay booking or service fees. Any rent or deposit is arranged directly with the owner.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the content you publish. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or post false or unlawful listings.
4. Liability
The service is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for disputes, damages or losses arising from agreements made between renters and owners.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service grows. When we do, we'll change the date above. Continuing to use Work Roost after a change means you accept the updated terms.
